XPost: alt.paranormal.reincarnation       From: you@somewhere.not.aus              In article <40a9b39e$0$8987$afc38c87@news.optusnet.com.au>,       westdorian@yahoo.com.au says...       >       >       >Why has no-one been able to claim it if all these things are purportedly       >true? It should have gone aeons ago. Could all these NDEs, OOBEs, visions,       >feelings etc. be just colossal delusions? Should the people that have them       >seek medical attention?       >       >Anyone have any insight(s)?       >       >Thank.       >       >              It is obvious that he doesn't willingly part with any of his money.              re: divination, is the simpler one to prove, yet he sets up a test       according to his own weird logic. Water bottles hidden underground,       yet diviners search for running water sources.       Why not just follow a proven water diviner and dig where he/she says       to dig, and confirm what is foretold?       However there is a group of scientists who believe in diviners - and       have so far not been able to come up with their own concrete evidence/proof       that it is 'real'.                     It's probably more the case - that mankind is on the edge? of believing       in these things, seeing that these simply do not go away with scientific       reasoning and logic (or everyday commonsense) - that only if science would       play catch up, and invent the instruments (or stumble across them       accidentally - which has happened, only for them to be lost) necessary to       record and provide the 'proof' that these do in fact exist.              The mainstream world view has to change, to accept these as possible and       then probable.. then finally proven...              Harvey              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
