   I was "in the groove" for a while after my first contact, and I did run   
   into one spirit who I felt did not have my best interests at heart, so I   
   told her to leave me alone.   
      
   I know, people who do a lot of spirit communication are always ready to   
   warn of the dangers. I suspect, though, that the same openness that I   
   talked about makes it easy to spot a spirit that isn't exactly your   
   friend. But I've had a limited number of such experiences, and I don't try   
   to pass myself off as a teacher to anyone.   
      
   So, I can't say my experiences have been 100% positive. But I think that   
   by paying attention, I discerned the good from the bad. And I guess it   
   would be wise to not try to extrapolate that into a more universal   
   statement.
