   I agree.  I think everybody has the capacity, actually, but for many an   
   acknowledgement of it, particularly in cultures that repress or deny   
   such abilities out of fear of their anarchic effects, would be dangerous.   
   As we become more experienced in lifetimes, I think we get to the point   
   of being able to really cue in and focus such powers in lifetimes where   
   having them and working them would be advantageous in terms of the work   
   one has chosen to do that time out.
