   I will relate a couple of experiences I have had without any drugs, I have   
   never used illegal drugs. Once in a amusement park on a spinning ride in which   
   the floor drops out, I became violently nauseated as I usually do when   
   spinning around. People    
   looked at me and became very excited since they did not want vomit all over   
   them. I closed my eyes and instantly I was in a cool mountain valley,   
   relaxing. The ride stopped and I woke up with no nausea whatsoever. I did not   
   relish being mobbed by 30 or    
   so angry people. An OOBE? Another time at a very stressful time of my life, I   
   felt hopeless when something touched me (Angel?) and I had an indescribable   
   feeling of goodness, and time,  past, present, and future seemed to converge   
   to a single point.    
   Meaning came into my life as I realized that what I did here would make a   
   difference in many lives. All this without any drugs. For reference, I suggest   
   you read "Altered States of Consciousness" edited by Charles T.Tart.
