   Nuts is a horrible word. Paul, you do need to stay in contact with a   
   therapist and get yourself a good psychopharmacologist. I know some   
   good ones in the NYC area, but that will not help you. Listen to what   
   John Wilkins said, he had some solid ideas. But see the doctors. They   
   have helped you in the past and can still help. There is something,   
   well, sweet and touching about your posts and I wish you the best of
