   Paul is well known from before, especially in talk.origins. He sometimes   
   raves, when he is off his meds or they are being revised, but he has a   
   serious problem (which if memory serves is a form of paranoid   
   schizophrenia) that he is trying to deal with and make sense of. When   
   he's on the meds, he's just some guy, you know? In t.o some of us feel   
   rather pastoral towards him.
