   Curious that your doctor is not aware of when your heart stoped, and how   
   long he took to get it started again ... they have to mark the time of death   
   when such things happen for the certificate if they have a body to deliver   
   to the morgue.   
      
   As for the wonderfull feelings you had with getting your noggin popped ...   
   maybe it was the drugs on a par with the endorphine rush of the exciting   
   crash ...   
      
   If you were on the otherside ... it will come to you in flashbacks or dreams   
   ... or not.   
      
   Good luck in your recovery.
