And I mean soon.              I'd not rush to a psychiatrist, since you mention medication for       schizophrenia, which suggests that you've already got that stream of       inquiry going. Have you tried any of the disciplines of the far east,       just for the quieting and focusing effects on the mind? I've found Zen       meditation (with a leader of a group seshin, at least at first)       settleing to the unruly mind.
