It would seem --from all the hype that accretes around the       > issue--that people who come back from an NDE have more of life sorted       > out for them, not vice versa. That sets up a little dissonance in my mind.                     There is much written about the after effects of an NDE and the       reintegration process, i.e., trying to continue living after having a number       of higher truths revealed to you. Also on how to deal with some of the       physical and psychic after effects (hypersensitivity to sun, drugs, etc.,       precognition, etc.). It takes some people years to work through this and       many need professional guidance. You could look at a variety of authors who       discuss this, Atwater comes to mind, and there are others.              Brian              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
