   Given that Paul spammed a bunch of groups where he is not previously   
   known, the reaction is understandable; and Usenet is an impersonal   
   medium. But, what Matt said is true - Paul is not a kook, but someone   
   with problems that he tries very hard to deal with. Non-t.o-ers may not   
   know that; but we do care about him.
