   If you want to see into that clearly ... just ask your higher power to put   
   love over your confusion you are carring around inside - and keep putting   
   love over it until the confusion goes away ...   
      
   do this for anger ... ask for love to be put into the anger inside of you   
   until you are full of love inside where you are carring that around before,   
   same for fear, contempt, hate, being offended, not being able to read or   
   hear what is being said ... put love over that ...   
      
   even your inner voice- your inner critic .. just cover that inner critic   
   with love and insist that is speak in love as it is very wise voice inside   
   and works at helping you stay alive ...just alive in fear works bad and   
   alive in love works better ...   
      
   so give it a go atman - put love over that confusion and wait a bit ... do   
   some work on it like that and see what happens ...   
      
   fear is a lack of knowlege, love is knowledge.
