   I don't know about most people, though I do know of a number of cases   
   like this.  On the other hand, recent research papers indicate that most   
   Americans actually die in hospitals, which means most of them are   
   probably too doped up to choose much of anything, other than to just lie   
   there and wait for whatever, whenever, comes.  Stroke, heart attack, car   
   crashes, accidents et al dond't wait upon our readyness to choose one   
   way or another.  They come when they come and do what they do, and the   
   best we can do is to try to leave the right pieces of paper around to   
   indicate what we thought about such things when we were doing that kind   
   of thinking without heavy distortion by drugs, fear, an alien   
   environment, and dependence upon others.
