   Hey guys ...   
      
   For some of you who read the wit and wisdom of a person the defense   
   structure makes to keep this one alive will know this one.   
      
   Its about terraforming the earth ... putting in green space.  In the   
   desertification areas of Africa, Australia, Central Asia and the Western   
   America's.  In three years hugh amounts of carbon leave the atmosphere and   
   every year there after as we have space for it.   
      
   The idea is along some established road, set up two land graders side by   
   side, and plow a 120 foot wide wedge out of the flat plain for one days fuel   
   out to the wilderness.  Then come back the next day ... depending on terrain   
   it could go out 40 or so miles.  The then 240 foot wide water collection   
   wedge will then store rainwater and build the aquifir ... make a wet land is   
   it were.  In three years the forest appears where the water is and keeps   
   getting bigger.  Repeat every mile for one year of work in terraforming ...   
   then come back the next year and do the half mile point grading again in the   
   same pattern for the same year of terraforming.   
      
   That doubles at least the carbon load disappearing the when the fourth year   
   rolls around ... and at the third year at the quarter mile.  This will at   
   least quadruple the carbon load disappearing by the sixth year of operation.   
   My thinking is that at this level of three years of work and just waiting   
   three years again for that area of terraforming to change the weather and   
   cool things off ... change the future ... it will be more of geometric   
   progression and not an arithrimetic progression of improvement of removing   
   carbon from the atmosphere and changing global warming patterns ... for the   
   better.  Since carbom load is a recognize problem ... so lets do some   
   solutions.  This is not any money ... one days of fuel from the Irak war   
   would do for the first year.   
      
   Screw Bush - the United Nations has to do this by itself please ... shame   
   Bush into Kyoto.  We all have to live here ...  lets make it a good home.
