   yeppers ... always makes a big statement.   
      
   there is more for you to get from your NDE ... and more you can engage in   
   lucid dreaming the more you will come up with.   
      
   also, the aches and pains you have, is because with the NDE you went up and   
   grabed some spirit, that has to now fit into your body ... like a hand into   
   a glove ... but your glove is not ready for that and that hurts is the   
   spirit trying to fit.   
      
   make the body, the glove more supple, streatch it out, move the pain and   
   hurt, let the love burn through it ... and then things will be better all   
   around.
