   So far ... they have 36 cell phone video tapes of this from the real world.   
      
   This doesn't include the Bart Camaras from the Government.  Some of the cops   
   have digital audio recorders on getting all the near voice overs.   
      
   There is enough footage for a tee vee movie already, different angles, slow   
   motion, stop action ... even get to see the flash of the gun fire.   
      
   The cop stood up ... moved back a step with his gun and fired to keep the   
   blow back spray away from him.   
      
   Tazer shoot ... yeah ... have to step back so the wires don't get tangled   
   and I don't accidently shoot the cop who is knee holding the guys neck down.   
      
   Also ... the greater distance allows greater penetration of the barbs though   
   that thick winter coat and pants he was wearing along with gloves it seems.   
   NO PLACE TO TAZER except under the coat up close.   
      
   This cop .. has PTSD, it is the muscle memory and his toddler tantrum taking   
   over in the Autonomic Nervous System ... once this guy does the work of   
   unlocking the freeze response this will never happen.   
      
   He had to shoot that nigger like he was at Jonestown shooting a Congressman.   
      
   No different at all sorry to say.   
      
   The fix ... melt the frozen emotion locked in the golgi-tendon apparatus and   
   take the brain pain out with the bitter salty tears.   
      
   Good luck ... hurts like hell but the pay off is real big.
