   are having a government auction for Sonoma County Homes on Monday at the   
   County court house.   
      
   It is NOT FOR TAXES ... it is for the whole house.   
      
   Up on Fountain Grove Blvd there are $780,000 houses that are in foreclosure.   
      
   These are NOT on multiple listing service, and these are not for back taxes.   
      
   You and I purchased these houses on the Obamabush program to relieve the bad   
   banks who got drunk on Wall Street ... and it is at auction on Monday.   
      
   Bring Cash  ... any where from a $1 to $1 million per house.   
      
   If you are the only one there for the auction you get it real cheap.   
      
   There are no minimum bids, and the house is yours free and clear with cash.   
      
   Taxes are paid for the year, and the bank don't care, they have been paid   
   their million dollars for the house.   
      
   They are getting off their books so they don't have to take care of it as   
   landlords.
