   Plasticrete Support Beams 4 Bio-Diesel A

   hey guys ..

I just had a new idea.

Really a remake of old ideas in a new technology.

I was thinking of building an acre pond of salt water bio-diesel that
will make 300,000 miles of diesel fuel for me, and a few million gallons
of fresh water on the way as a natural waste product of that nasty
   bio-diesel manufacturing process.

These vast 1 acre pond buildings have to be covered and made out of
something that is not likely to rot to much and will let the sun and CO2
in so as to make life ... the green rotting mess that is primordial
gasoline by way of diesel fuel.

So I am going to describe a constructed arch that the brainaics, the
engineers, the architects .. who really do this stuff and know way more
about then I do ... will have to design it.

This is just an idea of PLASTIC CONCRETE BEAMS for construction purpose.

They will have be molded, in a form, placed in an arch on the ground
nearby to where they will be erected.

To big and regardless of their light weight relatively speaking not
inclined to be trucked or air lifted by any means as it has to span at
least an acre pond, a small football or baseball field that is for goop
floating in the water and not for people.

So have build the form on the ground, with a 90 degree bend on the top
for the arch as that is the pitch of the roof, to come down to the
upright sides, that meet it at the ground.

Putting STEEL at the peak of the arch ... and putting STEEL in to the
foundation parts of the left and right sides of the beam where it has to
plug into the foundation ground would be required to take the stress.

Then pour in the hot mix of plastic concrete in to the form.

Take the recycled plastic laying about, gather it all up and melt it
down, add in some volcanic pumice and hollow steel shaped jacks.

Like the ball and jacks .. they are formed in concrete for sea walls so
that the surf will not move them like rocks as they interlock.

These hollow jacks and pumice scattered about in the plastic mix like
chocolate chips and walnuts in a cookie mix will change the weight and
add gathering strength as gravity bends on it.

These beams wont rot ... they wont grow mold

and they will have slots in them to accept smaller cross support beams
made of the same plastic concrete,

and slots to accept panels of clear plastic that can be easily moved
   through, cleaned, repaired, or replaced.

These smaller support beams, panels and smaller ancillary stuff are made
off site at a factory as lights, fans, pumps, pipes, will be needed to
keep the salt water ponds active ...

and take off the fresh water that can not be reclaimed for the ponds as
a natural waste product of the manufacturing process.

Have to make some new things to make this new bio fuel .. but it is all
   do able.
