   Well, unfortunately we don't have any anecdotes from the people who got   
   pulled under by a riptide and drowned while praying for God's help.   
      
   We don't have any anecdotes from those who were electrocuted to death   
   while praying to be saved.   
      
   We don't have any anecdotes from people who died in head-on car crashes   
   which the angels were to busy to meddle with that day.   
      
   I think these are cases where 'bckwrds' was the beneficiary of good luck   
   and/or good thinking, which he doesn't seem eager to take the credit for.
