   hey shaun ... i have been a repeater for some 20 years - total time on the   
   other side is about 2 months i guess ... 5 days here and there - it adds up.   
      
   it also has been a pain to live with ...   
      
   suggest that you use a hot water bottle and melt the muscle knots in your   
   legs - butt to toes ... it will make more room for your spirit to come into   
   the body - much like putting a hand into a glove ...   
      
   your glove is full of knots - twists and kinks and have to be smoothed out   
   ...   
      
   the hot water bottle to use heat and melt the tension - get the tears and   
   snot out - will easeup the pain in the butt ...   
      
   the solution to all your problems is always counterintutive ...
