   thanks for the hotwater bottle idea , ...i did say my problem was a pain in   
   the but to live with only i didnt mean it in the literal sence that my but   
   is in pain...but thanks , now that i think of it i do get a tingeling   
   feeling around my posteria and legs now and then......
