   Local paper carried an article about how whether or not your Living Will   
   gets respected depends not on the care you've taken to make one and   
   choose someone to oversee it etc., but on the culture of the specific   
   hospital you wind up in and how they usually handle such matters.  In   
   other words, it's a crapshoot no matter what you do.
