    Under the concept of "anything is possible," what you present is   
   possible. But the idea that at least one of these disgruntled people   
   worked to destroy ONE building of ONE manufacturer is unrealistic. The   
   destruction of one building, and the death of some employees, isn't   
   disruptive enough to have done anything. Add the safety violations,   
   and a past explosion, and it's far more plausible that employee   
   negligence is the cause.   
    In time, we will learn what cause the explosion.
