   When they're talking about "Time Travel" they mean for us.   
   It's a given that you are always traveling backwards &   
   forwards through time in relation to some other points in   
   the universe.   
      
   So your tunnel vision, at least this time, is saying that   
   YOU can't travel backwards in time within your own timeline,   
   not without exceeding the speed of light, which as far as   
   everyone knows is impossible, thus nothing can. And there's   
   zero logic for that and your nameless/faceless "Papers"   
   aren't ruling it out for particles, just us.   
      
   If Tachyons exist, they travel backwards in time.   
      
   Retrocausality exists BECAUSE photons don't experience time
