   One suggestion I read about to combat bad air pollution in China was to   
   eliminate all charcoal fires within the city limits. Another suggestion   
   I read about was to cut out all offensive weapons manufacturing and   
   naval, air, and land invasion forces from the national budget.

   The first motivation I can think of is to sell to Americans cheap
