   Strangely enough, it might be off-topic [for RADW] but it is   
   still a bit more relevant than a lot of the other discussions   
   taking place here... as the UCB was at the forefront of Usenet's   
   early days and was an important hub in the expansion of Usenet.   
   So it might be a case of no UCB, no Usenet that we know today.
