   In Spanish it's even more tricky, as pedo means fart. Pedophilia and   
   your pedo-lover will, I suppose, induce connotations of F. pétomanie,   
   even if Sp. like E. has flatulista here, wonder why.   
   Sp. allows also spelling paidofilia, and has, changing topics, the   
   hybrid podómetro (Gr. pous instead of L. pes) for Latin-English pedometer.
