   Not if those 'disenfranchised' were never eligible voters in the first   
   place.   
      
   I remember a time where if you didn't vote at least once every 4 years you   
   were automatically purged from the voter rolls.. now we have dead people   
   registered and still casting votes.   
      
   I notice Swill doesn't want to talk about the legitimate voters   
   disenfranchised by such illegal votes.
