LOUIS — A man was killed and two other people were injured in a       possible domestic-related shooting Tuesday afternoon in north St. Louis.              According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, officers       responded at about 12:05 p.m. Tuesday to a shooting in the 4100 block of       Peck Street, located just blocks from Fairground Park. There, they found       25-year-old Taaj Bell of St. Louis on the sidewalk who had been shot.              Bell was pronounced dead at the scene.              A 23-year-old woman, Bell's girlfriend, was taken to the hospital with a       gunshot to her leg, and a 24-year-old man, the brother of the woman, was       hospitalized with a gunshot wound to his shoulder. He was treated and       later released.              The Homicide Division assumed the ongoing investigation.              Preliminary investigation revealed Bell and the other man had exchanged       gunfire. Police said they were still looking into what led up to the       shooting.              Anyone with information was asked to contact the Homicide Division at 314-       444-5371.
