XPost: alt.politics.immigration, alt.politics.trump, alt.politics.republicans       XPost: talk.politics.guns, sac.politics       From: leroysoetoro@americans-first.com              https://redstate.com/mike_miller/2025/07/20/illegal-alien-released-by-       judge-is-arrested-by-ice-after-gruesome-discover-in-storage-container-       n2191871              If this story angers you, disgusts you, or reinforces the importance of       President Donald Trump's aggressive use of ICE (Immigration and Customs       Enforcement) to hunt down and detain "the worst of the worst" illegal       aliens, many of whom were welcomed into the U.S. during the disastrous       Biden-Harris administration, you're not the Lone Ranger; it had a       chilling, "all of the above," effect on me as I wrote it.              ICE officers in Chicago arrested a Mexican illegal alien accused of       murdering a missing Illinois woman, as reported by Fox News on Saturday,       but the rest of the story is even worse.              Turns out Jose Luis Mendoza-Gonzalez, 52, of Waukegan, Illinois, was       arrested in April and accused of decapitating 37-year-old Megan Bos,       abusing her corpse, and concealing her decapitated body in a storage       container filled with bleach. He was also charged with obstruction of       justice, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).              Even worse, if that's possible, immediately after Mendoza-Gonzalez's first       court appearance, Lake County, Illinois, Judge Randie Bruno released him       from custody.              According to the deceased woman's family, she had been missing since       February.              Setting aside the usual "How could a human being do something so vile to       another human being?" question, the better question is, why would a judge       in his or her right mind release such an animal to perhaps strike again?              A DHS spokesman told Fox News:              It is absolutely repulsive this monster walked free on Illinois’ streets       after allegedly committing such a heinous crime. Megan Bos and her family       will have justice.              While Megan's family might have "justice," they will never again have       Megan.              After Mendoza-Gonzalez's inexplicable release in April, Antioch, IL, Mayor       Scott Gartner blasted a law that allowed the suspected criminal alien to       be released:              I was shocked to find out literally the next day that the person that they       had arrested for this had been released from prison under the SAFE-T Act       less than, detained less, I think, than 48 hours. There's other       extenuating circumstances in this case. Not only the type of crime, how       long the crime was concealed, the fact that the person that was arrested       for this is not a U.S. citizen, and, you know, can maybe [flee] the       country.              Exactly. Also exactly:              Controversial Illinois Democrat Gov. JB Pritzker signed the insane SAFE-T       Act into law in December 2022. The act was trumpeted by Pritzker and other       Democrats as part of a transition to cashless bail. Pritzker absurdly said       at the time:              I'm pleased that the General Assembly has passed clarifications that       uphold the principle we fought to protect: to bring an end to a system       where wealthy violent offenders can buy their way out of jail, while less       fortunate nonviolent offenders wait in jail for trial. Advocates and       lawmakers came together and put in hours of work to strengthen and clarify       this law, uphold our commitment to equity, and keep people safe.              "Nonviolent offenders," huh?              Last time I checked, decapitating a person and keeping the corpse in a       storage container filled with bleach for more than two months didn't       qualify as a "nonviolent" crime.              ALSO CHECK OUT: Unexpected: Laken Riley's Murderer May Escape Justice       After All              American Injustice: Illegal Alien Teen Kills Young CO Woman in High-Speed       Racing Crash, Serves No Time              According to the police report at the time, Mendoza-Gonzalez allegedly       told authorities that Bos overdosed at his house and, instead of calling       911, he broke her phone and kept her body in the basement for two days       before moving it outside.              Horrific indeed. Except, I suppose, to rioters who continue to assault ICE       agents across America.                     --       November 5, 2024 - Congratulations President Donald Trump. We look       forward to America being great again.              We live in a time where intelligent people are being silenced so that       stupid people won't be offended.              Every day is an IQ test. Some pass, some, not so much.              Thank you for cleaning up the disasters of the 2008-2017, 2020-2024 Obama       / Biden / Harris fiascos, President Trump.              Under Barack Obama's leadership, the United States of America became the       The World According To Garp. Obama sold out heterosexuals for Hollywood       queer liberal democrat donors.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
