   "Murder by Medic" on Netflix at its 25th episode alleges that an   
   18-years-old man was arrested over a burglary, but he has confessed to   
   fifteen murders. These police officers did not believe this confession   
   so they let him get away. He proceeded to murder many persons. Netflix   
   claims that over many years he murdered more than eighty persons and   
   that these police officers could have prevented most thereof, but that   
   the murders he has been convicted of are only thirty-something   
   murders.
