   Berlin authorities on Monday said the grave of a high-ranking   
   Nazi official who helped plan the Holocaust has been dug up.   
      
   The grave of Reinhard Heydrich was “dug up in the night between   
   Wednesday and Thursday,” a police spokeswoman told AFP.
