   By enforcing Obama / Democrat legislation, he acomplished two   
   things.   
      
   One he got people to condemn the policy, therefore condemning   
   Obama and the Democrats.   
      
   Two he showed how many ignorant people there are in the USA who   
   were not reading the laws passed by Democrats.
