   Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul would starve if that was the rule.  Being   
   professional politicians sucking from the taxpayer teat with those Senatorial   
   perks is a great way to be a capitalist.   Why, Moscow Mitch has a $10   
   million net worth, that's either great pay working for the government, or   
   graft pays!    It's the latter.
