Some times you can almost feel the author hopping up and down with
sheer intensity. This is definetely one, but will there be another
   posting from this alleged organisation?

And technology is just a tool anyone can pick up to varying
degree. Not everything requires megabucks but paying attention
   is normally a requirement.

Well, not only will technology be wiped out but it will be
environmentally safe. I am getting major readings on my weird-o-meter.

Actually, H2O2 at high concentration is shock sensitive.

Sounds simple. Now how come this isn't common rocket propellant
then? Common ones like hydrazine is rather nasty.

Anyone who has either been to university or worked with
concentrated H2O2 will realise this is gunk.

Reading a chemistry book is a splendid idea. Tried it yourself?

Anyone aiming for the starts on top of these peroxide rockets
are booked for an appointment with Darwin.

More gunk. Anyone believeing scientists have much in the way of
power has spent too much time in alternative organic chemistry.

Hmmm, I make that air pressure to be of the order of a percent
of normal atmosphere at sea level, and that is extreme?

As metaphors go this one sure is new. It just isn't right.
