   its definately there.. i just checked the link and its good.  was able   
   to grab the entire file at about 18-20k/s.   
      
   its getting quite a few hits though.. and like i said, i have limited   
   b/w, # of concurrent logins is limited, blah blah blah.   
      
   if ur having trouble use an ftp client that supports resumes.
