   Wouldn't it make sense to list the [time period]punk genres as   
   subcategories of cyberpunk instead of alternatives to cyberpunk? For   
   example: Mary Gentle's _Ash_* is clockpunk and cyberpunk, not clockpunk   
   or cyberpunk. ;)
