   There, in a nut shell, lies the problem of the modern western world.   
   Everybody has an equal voice.   
   What about the gentlemen and women that have studied PPE at Oxford,   
   Cambridge, Harvard or another top institute? Should their vote in the   
   general election as that of somebody who has no grasp of politics?   
   The difficulty with a system where those who are better informed are   
   better respected, is finding a way to measure and rank the masses.   
   For, although a person might not have been to university, it doesn't   
   mean that they are not clever, smart or intelliegent in other ways.
