   Dear Simon,   
      
   The formula should be applied gently but firmly, take care to cover the   
   entire affected area and to maintain steady pressure.   
      
   Don't wrap the formula too tightly, u don't want to cutoff the flow of   
   math to ur players.   
      
   Also, as a precaution u may want to wear rubber gloves while applying   
   any modern formula. Its a dangerous world out there, and we all know   
   where these Cyberpunk theorms have been. God only knows what diseases   
   it may have picked up.
