   No.  Sales figures are not public, so no such (accurate) list can   
   exist.   
      
   (The question calls for a long-term list, by asking for best-selling   
   SF books *ever*; various short-term lists, like the Locus list and the   
   New York Times list (not limited to SF), do actually measure various   
   things in the short run, with moderate accuracy.  Not always the   
   things people think they measure, of course.)
