As an aspiring young cyberpunk (I've already got the "young punk" down!),
I'll cast my two cents on the matter.

Most def. If you _really_ want to do this, go all out and knit yourself a
Doctor Who scarf. Seven colors, over twelve feet of wool, quite warm.
There are many good patterns available, too.

Absolutely. Gotta have the padded ones though, knit gloves/mittens don't
make for a good enough hold on anything, and you never know when you might
   need to handle snow adeptly.

   > Woolly Hats

Absolutely. Especially with any sort of earthy, natural bent.
Beats the hell out of synthetics any day.

   > Woolly Hats with Woolly balls on top

On one hand you could say absolutely not. On the other hand, for the
_real_ "cyberpunks," a) why care what people think, and b) who's going to
   fuck with you over it?

Now here I would say absolutely, just from a strictly utilitarian
standpoint. Not only do they keep one warm, but they stay pretty much out
of sight and don't restrict motion nearly as much as other, bulkier
   accoutrements.

Don't forget the all-important insulated waterproof boots. Nothing like
walking through puddles with impunity while others hop precariously.
