   we can agree that u have an urge to categorize, label and define.  there   
   are worse fates but i don't share this one .. i'll tell u what.. decide   
   on what the rules are and fax me a copy, i'll do my best to pretend i'm

   i'm fortunate enough to be self employed .. but i'm rare.  most people   
   aren't, and can't be.. either because thier skills don't lend themselves   
   to it or because thier just not comfortable with the responsibility.   
      
   such is life.  anyway i'm really tired of debating the "rules" and   
   guidelines of anything with anyone.. its just not for me.  so u guys go   
   ahead and do it and like i said.. shoot me over a copy when u'v got it   
   all hammered out.
