Goobs... if that ain't anarchy what is?

Aleister Crowley put it as: "Do what thou will shall be the whole of
   the Law".

As a literary genre CP is about personal survival in a dead future. As
a fashion statement it's a demand to be "looked at" and be considered
"k3w1". As a political statement it is laughible.

I can't imagine anyone in their right mind would *want* to be "k3w1"
   or be laughed at...

In regards to the statement i made earlier about "selling out"...
Everyone and everything has its price. Whether it is right or wrong.
You will seel. The "cyberpunk" character and their creators [Gibson,
et al] sold out and moved on when the price was right.

"But today, it must be admitted that the cyberpunks --
SF veterans in or near their forties, patiently refining
their craft and cashing their royalty checks -- are no
longer a Bohemian underground. This too is an old story in
Bohemia; it is the standard punishment for success. An
underground in the light of day is a contradiction in terms.
Respectability does not merely beckon; it actively
envelops. And in this sense, "cyberpunk" is even deader
   than Shiner admits."
-- Bruce Sterling, "Cyberpunk in the '90's"

so go be as [un]successful as you wish... of course you *do* have to
   have something to sell...
