   Could some kind hacker write an app   
   that converts .mid and .mp3 to ringtones   
   and can act as a ringtone server on your   
   pc so that if you ring up your home phone   
   with your mobile it will download the   
   ringtone to your mobile phone.   
   Does any such open source program exist?
