   I gather that in a lot of cases, the way the stem   
   cells are formed into a full sized organ uses, of   
   all things, ink-jet printer technology.   
      
   The first organ constructed that way was a bladder.   
      
   The value of this is enormous, and will likely   
   change many surgeries from "repair" to "replace".   
   Including capillaries, veins and arteries; joints   
   and entire bones; skin replacement, cartilage and   
   ligament replacement, etc.
