   So who seems to have an excess of privacy?  How about the botnet   
   herders, operators and programmers?   
      
   I've occasionally thought that an implementation of Walled City/Haknam   
   (in Idoru) would be done with tech resembling botnets that exploit a   
   large number of geographically fixed but vulnerable hosts and mobile   
   pasucon for the "residents" and floating admins.   
      
   I wonder why I haven't heard about anyone doing this.  Or maybe they   
   have and I'm just not connected enough to hear.  Or maybe all that   
   botnet spam is just, you know, traffic keeping the channels open for   
   monitoring and obfuscation while the Haknam data slips through the   
   interstices.   
      
   Can you simulate a structure resembling a medium sized office   
   building, complete with interoffice voice and datacom and some degree   
   of graphic rendering, on a fluid network of cracked Windoes boxen and   
   carelessly managed corporate hosts?
