   allowing police, nightclub bouncers or shop security staff to become   
   scope sitters and enables the police, nightclub bouncers or shop security   
   staff to remove human responsibility by simply saying, "the computer told   
   me..."   
      
   However, if this were to be hooked up permanently to monitor all   
   commercial media outlets (eg: films, TV, radio etc) and to all political   
   speeches detecting possible "anti-social behaviour and violence" .. maybe   
   this would not be such a bad idea.
