   About the only good thing you can say for the international policies of the   
   Bush administration is that they've sworn off hypocrisy when it comes to   
   the World Court and any other body responsible for upholding agreements   
   this country is signatory to, or has indicated willingness to comply with in   
   the past.   
      
   Now, the attitude is straightforward: "If you do it, we'll destroy you. If   
   we   
   do it, tough shit."
