   The Economist < http://www.economist.com > has regular   
   technological columns as well as larger quarterly features.   
   Don't be mislead by the name of the magazine, it covers much   
   more than just business aspects.   
      
   More importantly it is read by those that are able to finance   
   big projects so coverage here can mean tech in the labs will   
   reach the malls faster.
