   MegaMediaCorp News Department or Arts Critic for a major metro   
   newspaper: totally clueless.   
      
   That said... at least you come by it honestly.   
      
   Go find Stirlings's piece on "Cyperpunk in the 90's" or what ever it   
   was titled. Read it.   
      
   FixinDixin is trying to define and answer "the question" again. He has   
   not discovered the zen-like state: "What is/was Cyberpunk? What is/was   
   not Cyberpunk?" -- Depending on how you inflect the question gives you   
   your answer or not. Or a Taoist view: "The Cyberpunk that can be   
   named/seen/touched is not Cyberpunk"   
      
   Frankly I don't understand why answering the question is so important
