   Alas, no.  If the apathetic generations (plural) were to get up out of   
   their seats and vote, a phenomenon not unlike that of tailed primates   
   emerging from one's rectal sphincter, they'd probably just vote for   
   Dubya because, hey, we're at war, right?  And you gotta support your   
   leaders in time of war.   
      
   Even if said leaders were the ones who lied their way into said war.   
      
   The apathetic generations will not vote, of course, but no matter.   
   Dubya will probably "win" in 2004 anyway.
